Deren struggles to escape the bad guys, but how do you kill something that's already dead? The answer: don't try!Petey landed back on Deren’s shoulder.
"Where do you keep going?" he asked.
Perin and Deren looked up. The corridors were arched, with a crossbeam at every five foot interval.
"That’s it! Petey, you're a genius!"
Petey bobbed his head.
