Setting record straight on GE
This is also me, responding to a blatantly inaccurate editorial about GE moving Waukesha jobs to China:Letter writer John Francis' claim that GE has "moved out" of Waukesha, Wis., is incorrect. At the end of July 2011, GE Healthcare announced it would move four executives of the X-ray division to China to lead the development of specific products for use in China. Subsequent media reports inaccurately described the announcement -- GE is not moving its entire X-ray division to China.
